I have a comic book / Manga / animated series idea that I want to send to company but I don’t want to just send it , and concept art to just be thrown to the side.

yes and no i’d say to this question… tokyopop have a manga contest every year.. (i think) and u could always submit ideas but some may not take u seriously .
