There are plenty of sites where you can read the latest (or oldest) manga for free, but are there any that have American comics? I’ve been wanting to check out the first appearance of Wolverine in Incredible Hulk #180, but I can’t find any sites like that. I heard Marvel.com makes you pay for reading them, so I haven’t checked that out.

http://marvel.com/digitalcomics/free/ is a great site for reading Western comics.
http://www.lorencollins.net/freecomic/ isn’t bad, either.
